This little guy was hanging out on our peony bush on a clear sunny morning. I chose not to use my tripod while shooting, as I didn't want to frighten him away! I was having trouble deciding on a favorite shot -- so I posted three. All three are shot with my Nikon D90, f/5.6, ISO 200, White Balance - Daylight, Spot Metering. I was playing with the exposure compensation to brighten up the images (with the first and second images at +0.7 step and the last image at +1.7 step, and a bit blown out -- but I kind of liked it!). Which one do you like best?
looooove the color in this, the 2nd one is my favorite, that shot makes me feel like i'm spying on him and more part of the shot than the other two.
