Love this photo! It tells a real story. I imagine this is what the person who discarded the bottle would see upon waking from a drunken stupor. The bottom of the bottle is in focus, but the rest of the world gets progressively blurred. It's almost as if rubbing your eyes or blinking might be able to pull the rest of the picture into focus.
Composition is good. Rule of thirds applied throughout. Horizon is upper third. Focal point is bottom left corner. Other objects - the shrub and the building - balance the image. I also appreciate that the shrub and the building are complete. I recognize what they are without being distracted by them.
Slight criticism is that the bottle bottom is slightly cut off. Not sure if the full circle would have made the picture better or not.
